Product Description

Arbitrary fixed length, step length double-sided printing with photoelectric tracking, ensuring accuracy and stability, and automatic shutdown in case of label missing.

The equipment discharges in a one-out-one mode, with automatic counting and alarm function that can be set to any number.

Full-automatic computer synchronous release film glue breaking control system, and automatic shutdown system when there is no release film. It is a patented technology (high-speed and stable, clean and tidy glue breaking).

Product Features

  • The hot cutting knife is made of alloy material, which has advantages such as being not easy to deform and stick to materials. The intelligent temperature control system ensures firm and flat bag mouth sealing, with a temperature adjustment range of 1-440°C.
  • Analog quantity synchronous control of release film and rear feeding.
  • Automatic feeding and deviation correcting machine: the tension control mode is magnetic powder brake system, and the edge deviation correcting control system adopts U-type ultrasonic sensor, which is free from jitter and adjustment. No-material automatic shutdown with A.B modes (A is touch-type shutdown, B is roll diameter calculation-type shutdown).
